Shipping and returns

Shipping

Every poster is printed to order in the US and ships rolled in a tube. Shipping is free to US addresses. Orders usually print within a few business days, then ship with tracking.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

If your poster arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email orders@smalltowncartography.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the damaged poster back.

Returns

Because each poster is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Custom orders

Custom maps are printed only after you approve a proof. Once approved, they can't be returned, but the damage and misprint promise above still applies.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a poster is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of a reprint.
